You are representing an entire country. I wouldnt flip off a customer who comes into my job because I represent my place of work and my boss and the rest of my peers. Anyone and everyone should self advocate if someone is disrespecting them but there is a right way to do it and that isnt it. Its immature and classless.

Hmm. It depends on the person they are addressing. Particularly the power difference. As someone with power you have the responsibility to treat those with little to no power respectfully. But if you are taking to someone else with power it’s no holds barred.
