they didn’t say it outright but they liked to make it seem like it was sunshine and rainbows after that whole thing ended. like “you got your rights, everything is good now”.

More in elementary school- but high school we started to be more aware of it but I think more because of social media than direct teaching

Yeah and its true meanwhile ice detained their own off duty agent because he was a brown man walking down the street 💀 thats racial profiling which is racism, hope this helps

Yes bc it is illegal? Business and corporate discrimination is illegal, hate crimes are illegal, thats not all that racism is, the book is right, you're just misinterpreting

i’m sure it did. keyword “legal”. it’s technically illegal but doesn’t stop anybody from doing it.
