Just say grandma or grandpa because I never talk about the other ones. Both were in some insane religious psychosis type thing and one died. My other grandparents I talk about are great and I see them all the time

Grammie & pa on one side, nana and papa on the other

I’ve only ever grown up with my grandpa on my dads side and grandma on my moms side

If I specifically wanted to talk about the insane one I’d say grandma (insert her last name), but for the others just grandma/grandpa
