Literally supermarket / Costco pumpkin pie. Doesn’t even need to be homemade. In fact, it’ll probably be even worse to me if homemade bc the texture will be less consistent. Slice onto a plate, pop it in the microwave for 20 seconds, throw on a scoop of vanilla and im golden

Apple pie texturally doesn't do it for me. Biting into the apples is awkward, and I prefer the crumbly/cheesecake-like crust of pumpkin pie to the flaky crust of apple pie. (i know flaky sounds better on paper but there's just something about that toasted/nutty taste of pumpkin pie crust)
