For me it got better for years then I felt like I did years ago again and hopefully someday I’ll feel like I did before again, idk life can be just so up and down. But it’s also not the same for everyone in life

After going to the mental hospital I learned that giving up on life is the stupidest thing I could do. I missed my friends and family so much and that shifted my perspective. I live not for myself, but the ones I love

It does get better. Medication, therapy, and I felt like a whole new person.
