Night of feb 28th makes the most sense imo, thats when my leap year friend does it, she has a tradition of doing a little clock watch at midnight bc the clock flip into the 1st is as close as she can get to her actual bday on non leap years

To me March 1st makes more sense cause I see it as the birthday being the day after Feb 28 (yes I know you can say Feb 28 cause it’s the day before mar 1 but still that’s how my mind works)
