Never heard of Perkins before. Never been to a Waffle House. IHOP and Dennys are pretty good, but Cracker Barrel’s trout tastes almost exactly like my father’s (just a little more lemony), and it’s one of my favorite meals.

Waffle House is like the floppy slice of waffles. Only waffle chain I know of that has an almost pancake-like waffle. IHOP waffles just cut my mouth
