It’s a mix, I do really miss having a big community and being able to walk everywhere, but I don’t miss being financially unstable and stressing about classes

I feel like my answer doesn't really count bc I'm in a gap year but I will say that knowing I have more school to go back to is really comforting. the lack of academic stress is nice but everything else ending so suddenly was weird. I'm sure I'd eventually adjust but I get why post grad depression is so common

I got a job within a few months of graduating, but it’s out of state, I have no family or friends here, so I def feel more isolated than I ever have

I really wish I had a re-do of college. There’s a lot of things I would do different. I had a gf I got together with the first week of freshman year until we broke up February of senior year which really fucked up my last semester. I wish I’d studied more, maybe talked to my doctor about getting some medicinal focus help, went to more office hours, etc. I enjoyed my time but there’s only like two people I still talk to now a few years later, one of whom I didn’t meet until senior year

My support system left when my friends and I all graduated. They hate my home state and needed to leave

Sometimes after you hit an all time low, you start shifting sideways

Im mixed too. Im happier because I HATED college. But also not because the world is 🔥 💩 rn. The economy, the housing market, the job market. ALL 💩💩💩💩💩💩🔥🔥

Worse because I can’t just walk places and see people I know and I could do everything I needed to (gym, etc.) in the middle of the day

Wow the results are kinda nice - i was expecting it to be all lopsided to missing college (including myself), but dope to see people living their best life after

(She went on to go to grad school in my hometown so we stayed in touch but have never been super good friends, I’ve only seen her in person like 5 times but yay snap streaks every day 😬)

But to answer your original question, I enjoy my job and my coworkers are really the only friends I have; I’m currently drinking at one of their apartments and it’s 9pm
