he's told me he doesnt understand why I dont want to talk to him and I've explained I need a little time to myself to spend time in the moment

I try bringing up breaking up and he shuts down the entire thing because he doesn't want to lose me

But he keeps ignoring that and calling and texting all the time and telling me who I can and can't hang out with based off his own insecurities
