I've been at a few universities with Greek life so far as I transferred undergrad unis and just recently started a Masters. My experience with most people from Greek life at all these places has been so overwhelmingly negative to the point if I know little about someone except that they're in Greek life, I am less likely to trust them. I don't want it to be this way, but my experience and other people's experience with them makes it hard for me to feel otherwise

I said no, however, I am at a Christian private school. Rather than actual frats we have school sanctioned social clubs that do exactly the same things a frat would do but with less sex and drinking and more Bible studies. Like last year we hosted a toga party where you had to wear a shirt under your toga and there was no alcohol. But my club is built around being inclusive to people that other clubs don’t like very much, particularly music majors, autistic people, and even gays

(Disclaimer most of us do still hold traditional Christian beliefs about homosexuality, but we’re chill with it if someone disagrees)
