Like if making every highway have 55mph speed limit is going to have the same enforcement as the highways that currently have 55mph limit (aka almost none), then sure it’s chill. If it means you’re actually going to start getting pulled over every single time you go above 55mph, that’s a significant quality of life decrease compared to inconveniences on local roads. All road trips / long drives are basically fucked.
