I mean art can be literally anything. It can be a sculpted tuna can that a cat starts pawing at while drooling. Also, cat and dog toys are art as well. Furthermore, if you mean moreso just a painting or music, animals are attracted to certain colors and sounds, and art can certainly attract them to admire it’s beauty. So no, humans are definitely not the only animals capable of admiring art.

Whales and birds will pick up new songs just because they like it. Bowerbirds males are judged based on how appealing their colorful bower is. Birds of paradise and mannakin bird females judge the dance quality of males.
