
I mean there’s always going to be ways to group people up by how “similar” they are and offer helpful advice for each group, but everyone is different, no one in any category is the same, and no one fits any category perfectly. It’s fine to describe yourself quickly, it’s annoying when we start assigning people labels and assuming stuff about them
It can be helpful to really understand yourself if you pick a good one and you are willing to research the implications afterwards (I like Big 5 and then watching Jordan Peterson's lectures on the different traits, he's brilliant on psychology when he's not trying to mix in modern right wing politics)
