So I’m the only one who has had an heirloom tomato on a BLT during peak tomato season… sorry genuinely the only thing I’d be sad about is garlic bread. There are so many other delicious seasonings out there

I’m also just not a big fan of tomatoes so I wouldn’t miss tomato soup, tomatoes in salads, etc. as much as others. Soups, stews, curries: there are lots of available substitutes. Old world cuisine thrived long before tomatoes were introduced.
