I have thrown up MANY times will sucking dihh. When I didn’t care about myself, I swallowed the vomit and continued on (I know…gross) and usually the guys never knew. I even got a nosebleed once (def stopped then). But now if it happened I’d just be like “oh shit I vomited” and my partner would be like “oh shit well let’s get it cleaned up” and we’d clean it up and clean ourselves up. Maybe finish up sex later haha
