Just got diagnosed with ocd and I’m just now realizing it wasn’t normal for younger me to think that my mom was gonna drown me while washing my hair because I might’ve accidentally done something to upset her 🤗

When I was diagnosed I went through something similar and I point out things to my mom that I did that weren’t normal and her response was “well everyone does that stuff” no they don’t you just also have ocd

Yeah when I was younger I also was terrified to talk to people because I was scared me or them were gonna spontaneously combust while having a conversation lollll
