
Like I hate grocery shopping bc I have to sit down and make a meal plan of every single item I would use for breakfast lunch dinner and snacks and follow it TO A T. But then I also have to do research of the best possible foods to eat and then count up all the calories to make sure I’m eating the right shit. This sounds good in theory but this impacts every aspect of my life and it’s exhausting
And then if I can’t follow my plan exactly or something goes wrong, I actually am filled with so much anxiety it’s not even funny. It happens with benign shit too like reading or watching tv. I have to make sure I’m always getting 100% out of everything. It wastes literal hours of my life
