me when i tell my dr i get my period 2-3 times a month for anywhere from a few days to a week+ on birth control and im like no big deal and she’s horrified 🧍 so sorry my parents taught me nothing abt being afab besides suffering in silence 🙈

but shoutout going to a queer clinic because they were immediately very understanding of why i didn’t say anything and made sure i knew the steps we have to take to make sure im okay LOL

This happened to me as well and doctors were not super concerned 😭 i dont trust the medical system when it comes to my menstrual health anymore it was lowk traumatizing
