I agree with first comment. Do you know what made him switch back? If so, in those moments in your head you could remind yourself of it and take a deep breath and add my worth is not dictated by my parents or my worth is not dictated by the validation of others. Or something like that. Though I know it can feel horrible to even address this reality. Adding time spent around others who do respect your pronouns and show you love will also go a long way!
