When ur friend says something lowkenuinley transphobic and u give a look and she goes oh I hope this doesn’t change ur view of me but now I’m even more stuck in the closet than before

Like she’s fine with other people being trans, has no issues with them and has trans friends But then goes “I just wouldn’t know what to do it any of my children were trans” Like you just treat them the same??? Just switch to their preferred name and pronouns and continue like normal

likely being supportive to not get alienated from the friend group since the majority are supportive. if she was in a group that parroted transphobic comments, its more than likely she would corroborate those. saying that ab her own future/potential child says enough

And there’s been a few other things she said and I’m just lost because she’s very supportive of friends she has that are trans and will defend them when people are transphobic But there are things she says where I’m just like ???? no???

I don’t think she’s fine with other people being trans. If you can’t fathom your child being trans you’re definitely transphobic all around

my friend is a dating a guy who outwardly has the gay bro humor where they act all gay for each other but he told her he wouldnt support his child if they turned out gay. that was like the crack that led to me finding out he lowkey fr homophobic
