Anyone else think that getting offended on behalf of the women’s team is actually kind of infantilizing them? Like… they’re grown adults. If they were upset by what the guys did, they can tell them themselves

well no what they did was embarrassing regardless. the women aren’t going to speak up about it because that would get them hate and take away the positivity of their win. not to mention multiple women’s players liked post about the incident

Okay but at the same time, multiple of the women have posted pictures with the guys. And allegedly they are planning their own White House visit. I’m just saying that they were the ones being referenced and other people shouldn’t be telling them how to feel. Like Ellen Hughes expressed her thoughts and people are telling her she’s wrong.
