They weren’t even laughing at the part about the girls team it was abt the impeachment part of the joke. They were laughing at liberals and not women. Ppl just say it’s abt the women’s team bc no one will actually view being a liberal as being the reason someone is a victim

Agree that the whole situation is way more nuanced than people are making it. They are just using this as a talking point to say that men don’t support women, which in some cases may be true, is not what was going on between these two teams

Even if it’s true in some cases it’s a 2 way street. Men are tired of being told what is expected of them especially when they are told that have to focus all their behavior to how women feel abt it. If someone seemed like they gave a crap abt us maybe we’d be a little more understanding about it but I know lots of men are done trying for an entire demographic that only sees negative things about them and nothing mote
