There are a lot of delusional pats fans thinking the team is unstoppable, but there’s also way too many of yall ready to immediately accept that the Seahawks are gonna stomp them As a pats fan, this game could genuinely go either way (34-31 final tho)

Yeah, this is a good SB matchup, as a Seattle fan anyone predicting a blowout for either side is lowk biased You usually have to be a good team to make the Super Bowl…

Exactly. They’re both good. Both unexpected teams. People are just pressed that the Pats found their Steve Young to their Joe Montana

I mean, we’ve seen young QBs flash then phase out, I wouldn’t compare Maye to Steve Young yet 😭

Yeah I know that’s lofty, but that’s the situation people are basing their hate on

I haven’t heard anyone say he’s anything more than a bright young QB except NE fans who think he was robbed of MVP

Idk I might just be polluted by the fact I live in the NE media market but I have seen so many (seemingly from neutral parties) comparisons between him and Brady or him and any of the other “first time since” or “first time ever” stats come up from the media and community

I get Stafford winning the MVP too (especially since voters like treating it like a career award) but that’s another situation that I feel is way closer than people make it out to be

Well, it makes sense, a young Pats QB being compared to Brady, but part of being a great is being great for a long time, Wentz almost won MVP in 2017 and was never the same, not saying that’s what’ll happen but nothing is guaranteed in this sport
