Bro, are you new to watching NFL? This is how it be. Owners want wins, this is why they usually don’t form close relationships to most of their employees, even coaches. They ready to fire anyone for wins, it’s one big dick-slinging game between all of them my friend.

Good. Keeps the game fresh. Fire the coaches that aren’t serving their team the best and find someone who does. Also, keep in mind a lot of the time a fire coach just goes to another team to coach my boy
