The window was essentially never open. Unless the chiefs somehow miss the playoffs for 10 straight seasons, I don’t know how you can expect the bills to ever beat the chiefs in the playoffs at this point

You’re 100% right. At least before there was always a chance since they were the guaranteed AFC East favorite. But now with the Pats back, the division is already slipping away as-is
