He can physically do it but it’s like he doesn’t want to succeed in the nfl level. He’s never grasped mentally that he needs to play a little more recklessly and throw the ball with some anticipation if he wants to be an actual starter. He was already pretty far gone into the “see it THEN throw it” mindset when drafted but Eberflus getting two years of “never turn the ball over never make risky throws never trust your arm” definitely ruined him for good. I can’t see him ever finding success now
