If anyone who is a Texans fan cared, this might be true, but they don’t and they never will. The Texans are a completely different thing than the Oilers and I think everyone in Houston known that by now. Legally, the look belongs to the FRANCHISE anyway, not the city. It might make more sense if a team in Houston wore them, but Tennessee isn’t in the wrong with wearing them either, so stop it with the “it’s stolen” shit.

No it's stolen goodell has tried over and over to get it handed back to Houston. The state of Tennessee has tried to get the titans to either be orange the state color or blue and yellow the city of nashville colors. It's only a shitty ownership of Houston has beens that got punted out for shady business and kept those Houston colors to be petty

1 they didn't tho. Do you know the history? It's based on the Houston police colors. Literally the uniform was created based off a cop uniform trade marked by the city. They handed over the design thinking oh we’ll have this forever and were lied to. The ownership left and kept a design they didn't create.

It’s not stolen if the Tennessee Titans franchise made the design. I don’t think you know the concept of what a franchise is. They may not be in Houston anymore but they still own the right to everything Oilers 100%. And not wonder Roger Godell tried and failed, he’s a fucking idiot who clearly doesn’t understand it either, of course it’s not going to work WHY WOULD IT😭

Dude I don’t care where the design comes from. What I’m saying is the city of Houston doesn’t own the rights to uniforms because the franchise who has them moved to Tennessee and they’re now using them. They’re is no stealing involved, this is just a matter of a franchise relocating and using reusing a look from their past. I don’t care about the history of the uniform because what I’m trying to tell you is the modern legality side of it, which is what makes it wrong or right.
