I personally think the Bill’s move in the firing was the correct way to do it. With the Raven’s gig, any new coach will have to appease both ownership and Lamar (which could make it hard to coach Lamar if he could get you fired at any moment) I think the QB should have input into who they hire but not if the coach should be fired
