Yea it’s tough, but as the HC it’s your responsibility to figure it out. Guys like Reid, McVay, Shanahan, lose key pieces on their coaching staff every year

Losing some is a lot more different than getting the majority of your staff gutted and bc they didn’t know who was leaving and who was staying they were late to hire replacements. It’s why the Eagles usually are shit after having a good year bc they’re not able to hire the new fancy OC and have to promote within and hope he’s not ass. Lastly, Goff sucks and with the OL taking a hit it means Goff is easier to shutdown bc once the run game is gone so is Goff.

I think you’re underestimating how much turnover most coaches deal with on their staff year over year. And even the eagles have made the postseason each of the last 3 times they lost their OCs following super bowls

Eagles also play in a weaker division and yes teams do have coaching staff turnover but most teams don’t deal with losing the majority of their staff in one offseason
