The only thing that Pretti did wrong was not do the best job vetting the pistol he bought, I’m all for exercising your second amendment rights but carrying a gun that has a reputation for going off unexpectedly around federal agents with a hair trigger seems dumb

No, but if the gun you’re carrying in front of federal agents goes off unintentionally the absolute best case scenario is getting black bagged and dragged off to a federal prison and the worst case scenario is what happened. He has the right to carry but the gun he chose is a gun nobody should buy

If he’s resisting arrest, was seconds ago armed, and is still reaching, yes. Shooting him is on paper legal. Though it’s obviously sketchy and not as clear cut as Renee trying to run over an agent.

he never reached for his weapon, he was subdued by 6 agents who took away his firearm and THEN SHOT HIM when he absolutely posed zero danger, it was an extrajudicial execution over a misdemeanor Renee also wasn’t even close to running over the guy, the car had already passed the agent, he was to the side of the car when he shot Have you watched the videos rather than seeing how your fav political commentators talk about them?

I have watched the videos and the agent had internal bleeding due to the impact of the car. I agree that the pretti was all the agents fault and he posed no danger. However he was committing a felony not a misdemeanor but that’s does not change anything.

Plus, the guy fired three shots at her as she drove to the right, he was to the left of the car, it was turning away from him DHS has been proven to lie in their statements in the past, they called Kilmar Abrego Garcia an MS-13 gang member even though he never was, their statements are not reliable

Are you brain damaged? Multiple people around you are screaming that a guy you’ve been fighting with for minutes has a gun. A shot has already gone off and you don’t know who did it, and his hand is near his waistband. You are absolutely legally allowed to shoot him. We have the hindsight to know he only had the one gun.

Garcia isn’t illegal tho, he was living in the U.S. legally after receiving asylum status fleeing from El Salvadoran gang violence, he was illegally deported and the order, due to it being illegal, was overturned in December of last year
