Ppl blame hurts for playing anyway and then go glaze that game that Stafford played with a dislocated throwing shoulder to win it, the doctors or whoever cleared him to play should be held accountable

All of a sudden everyone on the internet is a medical doctor with access to Jalen’s PHI

If I’m Jalen Hurts I’m flat refusing to play for the Eagles ever again

They told the man he couldn’t sleep but said yeah you can totally fly 7 hours and play an NFL game. You don’t need to be a doctor to see that decision was moronic

If you can explain to me the medical reason why they asked him not to sleep, then I will admit that you’re right

I think this a situation tho where Jalen knew the risks but being so much of a competitor he was gonna take the field no matter what. It’s like what mcgregor said that one time about getting lost in your craft I think certain types of players need to be saved from themselves in these types of situations. Eagles instead took advantage of his own reckless determination and let him risk his own life for a football game. They 100% need to clean house

Sleep is one of the riskiest times for someone with a blood clot in their leg because they’re not consciously positioning their legs which means in the course of the night you can end up in a riskier position

For the clot moving

Sleeping actually helps to maintain pressure differentials throughout the circulatory system. I appreciate the guess, but no

And your line of thought would also lead one to think that sleeping would increase the likelihood of blood clot formation, not causing an already formed blood clot to move

The clots are in his lungs too. Forget the leg. The lungs are far more serious an issue

#3 is literally “I won’t admit I’m wrong unless you say the exact wording I wanna hear”

It’s so odd that this guy is attacking me for my layman’s understanding of a medical problem but not explaining why he should’ve been allowed to play without being allowed to sleep
