I’ve been wanting us to have a better qb for years. I swear the only drafted Pickett because he went to Pitt 🫩. Should never draft a QB who had one good year

Problem is if we do drop tomlin we’ll still get so much shit. I’ve already been through this once (James Franklin) I went to Penn state. Everyone said he was awful and then when we fired him all of a sudden it’s why the hell would you fire him

Mike Tomlin brings stability but he’s just not a championship level coach anymore, the problem with Steelers ownership is they value stability over change which is why Pittsburgh is stuck in purgatory

Same thing with “big game” James. Penn state went 10-2 every year (until this year) and would not make the 4 team playoff but would make 12 team. Since he finally lost it this season, we got rid of him. I think the same will happen with Tomlin. When that losing season hits, he’ll be fired

I’ve met some Steelers fans and they actually prayed that this would be the year tomlin would have a losing season, they’re so fed up with getting bounced out the first rd and not having a young franchise QB
