Flores is just not a leader of men. Like the opposite of how Mike McDaniel isn’t. Even Tua came out and said he was straight up verbally abusive, and Tua’s not the type of person to lie about something like that

Does Tua not seem mentally soft to you? He stands at the podium and talks about how he doesn’t care what media says about him in a way that shows he’s very hurt by it, he whined about Flores’ coaching style on a podcast and you can tell he wanted people to feel bad for him and think that he was so tough for getting through the dark Flores days, and the dolphins had to go from an old school coach to the most spineless head coach in the league for him
