Genuinely the dumbest thing I’ve ever read in this community. They have an elite young QB who just finished second in MVP voting, they do have their first round pick next year that’s just false, gonzo is the best cb in the league, AJ will be back in 4 weeks, the pass rush doesn’t look good but things can change fast in the NFL.

Let’s relax. Maye played poorly against the best defense in the league. Gonzalez is a great corner and their defense is great in general. They hung with the reigning champs who lost basically no one. They might regress a bit but they are still a playoff team imo.

Yeah, let’s all overreact to Drake Maye playing poorly against the best defenses in the league in his second year and week 1. I’m sure no other elite qbs have ever thrown 3 picks in week 1 or struggled against the Texans defense, right?

Darnold will be back fairly soon and they got good new talent at RB. The defense is still excellent and they have a great O-line, as well as JSN and Kupp who proved he still has it. I’m a Steelers fan but if you think the Seahawks aren’t contenders you are dreaming.
