Nah, I don’t think it was a panic pick. They probably wanted to pick up Jeremiah, but they knew they needed to help ward. Got the best receiver off the board

Not in like a Steelers panic pick, like Tate was clearly a guy they had on their board but was not the first option and they probably didn’t want to risk trading down and not being able to get him.
