You should only fire your head coach in the middle of your qbs rookie season if you’re certain that the head coach was actively stunting him. Caleb Williams and Matt Eberflus are an example where it’s okay, Dart and Daboll were not. They should have either fired him before the season or waited until the end of the year

Dart and Daboll found their momentum, and every game for the last few weeks was a good game to watch. Dart is by no means fantastic, but imagine him in the scheme he’s comfortable with but with a healthy Nabers and Skat next season. Insane.
