Just saying that job is terrible. If I’m asked to coach there I have leverage I’m picking my qb. Ward may not be a bad qb but they have broken him enough he needs to be traded to a contender to develop as a backup and go be a guy in three years. The ptsd is obvious

This is why bad franchises STAY bad. Drafting a different qb would just ruin them too lmao, titans just need to build around Ward and hire some better coaches/coordinators. Look at the Jets and how they draft qbs then tell me your idea is good

But better than trying to change playbooks on an already ruined qb you have to move off and recognize when you screw up. They screwed up and will still need a qb

You drafted him first overall. You don’t just move off of a pick like that in a year especially when Ward has shown flashes playing with a team as terrible as this one. A new coach can change everything.
