If they were actually having an affair, Sleeping with your source is completely unacceptable and one of the worst things a journalist could ever do in terms of like their career. It’s like the Matt eberflus timeout incident for reporters times 10

They will fine him for conduct detrimental to the league just like they do players. But yes it’s also a problem for him cause it’s in essence trading information for sexual favors
