I would say Garrett is better than parsons and I think some people would agree so he has to go for at least the same or more than parsons

Garrett is definitely better than parsons but parsons turns 27 in May. Green Bay gets 5 or 6 years of Parsons, this would be a two-4 at most year rental of Garrett
