We really out here makin Jalen hurts hate posts after that insane comeback yesterday 😭. Even when bro has to bench the OC and call the damn game himself and puts up 3 tds and 220 yards in like 12-15 minutes of possession and overcomes a 26-7 deficit yall still call him ass. Fully convinced the brother could go on to have a career year, go undefeated and win mvp and he’d still be doubted

He’s not ass, no one is saying that and they do don’t listen to them. The top 5 are just better than him

Who’s number 5? Heimlich Herbert? Stafford, who hurts just outplayed in a single half?

Super Bowl mvp last year, also has an all pro under his belt, something might I add burrow does not have, not saying hurts is better than him he’s top 4 just pointing it out. Hurts also finished 2nd in mvp voting once and would’ve won had he not gotten injured

And how does that compare to the top 5?

I’m not saying he’s any higher than 5. The top 4 is very clearly Mahomes Allen Lamar and Joe. I’m saying hurts is 5th

I’d also need to know who you think the fifth qb in the top 5 is to make a proper argument

I think he’s definitely 6 or 7. There’s a lot of people who say he’s not even top ten and that doesn’t make sense to me. But if you look at the teams he’s had around him compared to the others. It definitely puts him at 6 or 7

Give me one reason why Hurts should over Herbert at 5, and don’t give me the “he has playoff wins” or “has a ring” bullshit, wins are a team stat not a QB stat

You know what’s a qb stat? Throwing 4 picks, including a pick six and getting blown out by the pathetic Houston Texans with the number one ranked scoring defense in football 😂

He’s definitely behind Stafford

Ok and what about Stafford? Why should he be ahead of Stafford

Stafford couldn’t even make it through training camp without fucking his back, and he got chased down by a fucking dtackle lmao in no universe is hurts behind Stafford at this point in their careers. Stafford didn’t even break 200 yards

Using pathetic and number 1 scoring defense in the same sentence is wild

Can you tell me why he should be? Stafford threw 3 more picks than hurts last year and only 2 more touchdowns, and has already thrown 2 picks in 3 games this year

Didn’t hurts get strip sacked?

The Texans are the pathetic team, and the chargers had the number one scoring defense. Hope this clears up any confusion

You mean by the completely unblocked rusher who got to him in less than a second? Even Mahomes would get sacked on that play with that protection

Hurts had 101 yards against the chiefs awful defense. Don’t give me no “didn’t even break 200 bullshit”

Not strip sacked though🤷

First off, since when is the chiefs defense awful?? That’s one of the biggest reason they’ve been winning games since 2023. Go watch a film breakdown of the chiefs game everyone will tell you the exact same thing. Hurts was making the right reads, but none of the receivers were getting open because the chiefs had them in excellent zone coverage

They would absolutely get strip sacked lmao he got hit directly in his throwing arm by a 260 pound edge rusher at full speed

The chiefs defense has been anything but awful this year lmao idk what the hell you’re smoking on. Aj and smitty were completely unable to get open against them. While the uninspired and repetitive route trees definitely share the blame they were excellent

Mahomes literally got strip sacked 4 games ago because he was hit directly on his throwing arm before he had a chance to protect it, like Jalen hurts was. Go watch that play again

God you’re fucking impossible. Hurts literally stepped up to pass as he was hit by verse at full speed. Any other qb would’ve lost the ball there. It was an amazing fucking hit. It’s clear you didn’t watch the game and will refuse to go back and actually look at the play and since I can’t send videos in chat, I’m gonna take my leave here, because there’s no use in arguing with a wall

Thanks for proving my point and also reminding me that I forgot to turn off notifications on this post. Have a good day man. Feel free to go rewatch the highlight of the strip sack, even though I know you types despise actually looking at evidence that goes against your point
