Absolutely nothing to do with race but when you can’t get past the first round, getting to the playoffs becomes meaningless. Steelers need to focus on getting a franchise quarterback. These bridge quarterbacks have been leading them nowhere

One of the best coaches of all time but couldn’t win in the playoffs. Only Yik yak could immediately turn this into a race thing

He took mid teams that should have gone 7-10 tops to the postseason 3 years in a row. Blame the roster construction. From 2007-2017 he had a loaded roster and made 2 Super Bowls, winning one of them

Nobody is blaming him for being a bad coach at all. He is a great coach. The problem is they were never able to get another franchise quarterback after Ben because they refused to tank.
