They’re tanking, which is the right choice. Cus then they can invest in an olineman to protect burrow

They’re .500, all they have to do is limp to a spot where they can make a playoff push when Burrow comes back, why would they start tanking especially with a bad class coming up

Being .500 rn is not a good thing nor is it sustainable. They have 2 wins, Burrow isn’t coming back until like week 15 or 16, also you don’t know how good or bad the class is because CFB’s season isn’t fully over yet. No qb they could trade for or sign in FA would be capable of limping them to that spot because it’s an impossible spot to reach for them. They’d only team they could possibly beat before burrow comes back is the jets and that’s one out of more than 9 games

Acrually being .500 is a good thing, it’s nice, but what I more meant was it’s like completely not something to hang the hat on and it’s definitely not a result of Jake browning

Jets, Bears, and Pars could be winnable games for the Bengals, the Steelers are more of a long shot but don’t rule it out, if they get 4 wins before Burrow comes back that’s 6-8 with three winnable games to finish the season, that’s a solid chance to make the playoffs at 9-8. There are guys in the league who can get the Bengals offense to a serviceable point bc what we saw last night and against the Vikings was just downright embarrassing

Bears and pats are not a winnable game for the bengals with Jake browning lmao do you know what landry and Milton Williams are gonna do to that oline while gonzo has chase shut down? 9-8 is also not a solid chance to make the playoffs. Also who do you think is just gonna trade you their good backup lmao. Ain’t shit happening. Definitely not beating the steelers either
