True but I see a lot of people saying it’s a risky hire though why exactly is that?

No DC or playcalling experience, but his track record is legit. Responsible for helping with the development of Jaire Alexander, Pat Surtain, and Justin Simmons and is fully responsible for making Cooper Dejean and Quinyon Mitchell All-Pro talents. A young mind with a lot to prove coming from the Fangio tree, I think it was an amazing move especially since it’s not one the Cowboys would normally make.
