He can draft well sometimes and has made good offseason moves. He does also make the right drafts at the time typically, but hindsight just beats the shit out of him. Like Evan Neal and Kayvon thibodeaux at the time were decent picks and no one knew they were gonna bust as much as they did. Also they’re all fucking dumb yes there’s a reason they haven’t won anything for 15 years

To be fair it’s kinda his job to predict if they’re gonna bust. I get that it’s extremely hard but he’s getting paid millions to do it and has entire departments helping him

Yea and the greatest gm in the league and one of the greatest in history howie roseman drafted Jalen Reagor over Justin Jefferson. shit happens, you get unlucky, guys end up not working out. Happens to literally everyone. The entire league passed up on the eventual greatest quarterback of all time 198 times. Schoen’s done an okay enough job and his last two draft classes have been really good. Also John Mara and harbaugh need a scapegoat employed
