Jared Goff is the average mid 90s to early 2000s QB. If he would’ve played 25 to 30 years ago, he would have been cracked honestly, considering he’s not that bad in this age of football with way better defensive lines, and more athletic pass rushers

If Jared Goff played 25 years ago he’d be out of the league before his rookie contract was as over. defenses were FAR better back then and were actually allowed to play. Imagine Goff vs the 2000s ravens or Steelers he’d get fucking destroyed. He’d probably break Jameis pick six record

In terms of defense is actually being able to play more physical I agree, but in terms of talent, definitely not. If you put somebody like Myles Garrett or Micah Parsons in the NFL 30 years ago, they are getting over 30 sacks.

I just wanna know where you’re getting this dumbass idea from lmao. Garret and parsons in the 90s wouldn’t get over 30 sacks in a season lmao. Maybe in tfls but not sacks they ran the ball like 67% of the time back then, and olines were just as good as they are now
