Says the fan of a team who’s been constantly losing in the playoffs because of offensive mistakes that hired a defensive head coach. I’d wait until we’re halfway through the season to say whether or not anyone failed their hires

Their defensive head coach just got them the best OL coach in the league who’s also amazing with the run game. They’ll be okay

Regardless you can’t realistically say any hire is bad until we’ve actually seen the season play out. Remember everyone saying schottenheimer was going to be a terrible hire and the cowboys were gonna have 3 wins? People also thought coen was gonna flounder out with the jags and they went 13-4
