For real like I’ll be honest when I say I don’t *exactly* know what the responsibilities of a head coach are but it just seems like you can’t trust Sirianni to do any of the obvious stuff. He can’t be trusted to call plays, he can’t be trusted to hire his coordinators, can’t be trusted to act professionally or have good relationship with his players, can hardly be trusted to give any input on the offensive or defensive side of the ball, etc. So at what point does anyone admit there’s probably

Every time Nick Sirianni is in control our offense is one of the worst in the league despite the talent, but when the OC has more control we’ve made two super bowls. It’s not a coincidence

He had control this year, he had the choice of OC in 2023, Johnson, and this year, patullo. It’s when the offensive follows his scheme that things go wrong. Johnson had more freedom, but Nick took over when the season started going south and the offense fell apart like it did in 21 and this year
