As a Pats fan, I’m disappointed that Drake did absolutely nothing to silence the criticisms, and it sucks that we lost. But, WILL CAMPBELL SHOWED TF UP. Ik OLine play doesn’t always get too much love, especially in a loss, but he genuinely looked great

He did look good but that’s unfortunately why I’m even more worried about Drake maye. Last season Campbell was bad and it naturally made Drake Maye play worse against good defenses. This season he’s holding up his end of the bargain and Drake Maye still looks lost against a team that utterly humiliated him in the SB

Just wanted to highlight Campbell’s performance. It was an embarrassing loss, but early in the season it’s good to have some good takeaways, and for me that was the defense, especially Gonz0 who played like the elite corner that he is (but was used horrendously by Vrabel and Kuhr 🤦‍♂️), and Will Campbell playing probably the best game of his young career against the same team that he played his worst game against

Last season Campbell wasn’t bad until after he got hurt. He wasn’t outstanding, but solid, then he got hurt, and coming off injury as a rookie tackle to go up against 4 of the top defenses in the league in high pressure games is no easy task

I’m not gonna stress too much over a single game, but Maye sucked. His decision making and accuracy on the deep ball is what concerned me the most, cause that was his bread and butter last year, throwing the modt beautiful, on the money deep ball you’ve ever seen on a weekly basis. It was especially worrying seeing him underthrow AJ Brown on that PI. But, on to next week
