I think that ice are the only ones that are following the law. Idk how you see the mayhem in Minnesota, vandalized cars, people getting in agents faces, blocking their cars to stop their investigations, and still think that these “protestors” are following the law. All while politicians like Tim Walz and Frey specifically misrepresent what’s going on to make people think things that aren’t true.
i used to live in philly no one is getting assaulted they try to attack ice first and they find out. Why not let them do their jobs? Their illegal anyway im a legal immigrant and i respect this country im not gonna let ignorant people like you disrespect the country that gave my family a way out because liberals are ungrateful and dont know what having a real dictator is like
No they aren’t. They’re in the streets fighting ice rn. They’re people like Nicole good who died for no reason, for people that don’t give a single shit about her. Democrats believed in the same thing I’m saying rn, but they switched up when they realized they could get more political power by saying it’s good to not follow the law.
Idk what you mean by a rapist thief in the White House. Being held liable doesn’t mean that he’s a rapist. I also don’t know what you mean by stealing and murdering people. Illegal immigrants are stealing spots from people that are trying to come here the right way like they’re supposed to. They aren’t supposed to be here so it isn’t “stealing.” I also don’t think that ice officer defending himself was murder. Dude got hit with a car. Idk what you expect him to do. She wasn’t a model citizen.
Trump is literally doing crimes constantly. By “thieving” I mean all of the scams. Insider trading is considered stealing. Remember the Trump themed cryptocurrencies? Or the Trump phones that never got made? Also, ICE has been stealing from people. And the ICE agent wasn’t defending himself because he wasn’t even hit with the car. And shooting the driver wouldn’t have stopped it anyway. He was so “in danger” he didn’t even put his phone down before shooting Good, and he called her a bitch after
Trump also is a rapist, it’s so clear at this point. In the liability case, he testified that E Jean Carrol said she “liked being raped.” He was best friends with Epstein, and his name is all over the files. There’s him admitting to walking in on girls changing at his teen beauty pageants. You just have to be willfully ignorant at this point to not think he’s a rapist. It’s so obvious.
Hey kid, Obama did not deport the same way. He specifically targeted felons, and afforded them due process in immigration court as is their legal right. Trump hiked ICE’s funding by $29 billion annually and they’re recruiting and arming people without doing background checks, and then they’re going after everyone who speaks Spanish or looks Latin. Literally in my community a Mexican American woman was detained without a warrant for 25 days
1- criminal contempt of court / contempt (when framed as defying a court order or consent decree), false impersonation of an officer / impersonating law enforcement (when agents pose as local police), criminal trespass (when entering without lawful authority), burglary (rarely alleged, but sometimes argued when “entry to commit an unlawful act” is claimed)
2 - false imprisonment / unlawful restraint / kidnapping (when detaining someone without lawful authority), assault (if force is alleged), battery (if physical contact is alleged), civil-rights criminal deprivation under color of law (18 U.S.C. § 242) (when framed as willful rights violations), conspiracy against rights (18 U.S.C. § 241) (when framed as coordinated rights violations), obstruction of justice / witness tampering (if alleged intimidation or interference is claimed)
3 - falsification of records / false statements (if reports or affidavits are alleged to be fabricated), perjury (if sworn statements are alleged false), identity fraud / misuse of identifying information (if alleged), theft or conversion of property (if property is alleged taken or withheld), mail obstruction / mail tampering (when opening or interfering with privileged legal mail is alleged)
5 - Fourth Amendment unreasonable searches/seizures (e.g., warrantless entry/arrest), violations of consent decrees limiting warrantless arrests (e.g., Castañon Nava/Castañon Nava enforcement headlines), unlawful detainers / detention beyond authority (e.g., detainer practice challenged in Gonzalez v. ICE), deceptive “ruses” restrictions under settlement (e.g., bans on misrepresenting identity as local police in SoCal settlement)
6 - interference with attorney-client privileged legal mail (Batavia/Buffalo facility settlement coverage), due-process claims under the Fifth Amendment (detention/hearing/process allegations), FOIA compliance failures (delays/withholding alleged in FOIA litigation), Administrative Procedure Act claims tied to ICE-related policies (reported in policy challenges)
i’m so glad you noticed that! it just simply means these people are being deported without due process and not getting a trial. also it doesn’t mean that half of illegal immigrants commit crimes, it means that they have accusations which can also include non compliance/resisting arrest. not the point you were trying to make but go off.
have you ever walked on your neighbors yard before? that’s trespassing which is a misdemeanor, the same level as this. so sure it’s a “crime” but so is jaywalking, dancing without a permit in washington DC, transporting dentures across state lines, writing a $1 check and many other stupid things
sure but they still have all the same rights as you an me under the fucking constitution. you can not simply deport someone under the claim that they are illegal without allowing them the opportunity to prove otherwise. that’s how you end up with fascist authoritarian regimes that can do anything they want simply by claiming one thing to be true
ICE is the new enforcement arm of the government man I don’t know how you don’t see this, it’s not about Immigration they’re Trumps personal gestapo. It starts with "illegals" but it doesn’t end there, they’re not targeting criminals they’re targeting families and children and in many cases legal residents who have been here for over 30 years. The government takes more and more power from the people it starts with immigrants and will become any and all challengers to Trump’s absolute authority.
