Herbert is the new gen Stafford. I remember Herbert getting an absolute rib shot, not being able to throw the ball the next play. Then came back and threw a strike down the field not long after.

I think the Chargers are a lot closer to truly contending than Stafford ever was with the Lions. Once they get rid of Roman things will be a lot better.

Eh, when healthy outside of the OC I think they’re realistically one consistent and reliable WR1 away from being true contenders. Yeah they need IOL help but that’s a lot easier than getting franchise OTs which they have 2 of.
